Lindsey Monaghan

Hi, I’m Lindsey! I graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications in 2008. It was just after five years of working in a corporate setting that I discovered my passion for massage therapy and Reiki healing. It was through my own healing experience of these modalities that led to the beginning of my journey in discovering the body’s innate ability to heal itself and I never looked back. I began training as a Usui Reiki practitioner in 2011 and am now a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and have received my Reiki Master Teacher training. In 2015 I graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Training Institute in Charlotte, NC and have been practicing as a certified licensed massage and bodywork therapist for the last nine years. As a massage therapist I have received certifications and training in reflexology, fertility, pregnancy, & postpartum massage, and women’s menopause massage.

I am also trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques Levels 1 & 2 and have studied in several energy medicine courses over the last decade with a focus on conscious awareness, conscious breathwork, meditation, and emotional processing. My mission is to promote an intentional space for each client to feel relaxed and supported in their therapeutic needs while encouraging a greater sense of balance and harmony within.
