We have tried this peel with almost every situation and without fail it has been remarkable. We even did our Nurse injector when she had an eczema flair up on her face and it went away within a few days. Symptom free for 45 days.
What should you expect during your treatment?
All Retinols should be stopped 7-14 days before this peel. If you are prone to coldsores we recommend being on suppression before we begin treatment.
We will cleanse and prep your skin first. If you want a deeper peel (you will feel it sting more) we can dermaplane before otherwise we can do it after the peel. If your skin has been prepped with retinols for several weeks we can microneedle the peel into the skin however, this is for the skin that can take a lot. (We will not micro needle it in if you have never had a strong peel with us before.) We can do it after the peel if you want the collagen stimulation. The peel is left on for 7-10 minutes then rinsed off. We will then apply an intensive jelly mask by Cosmedix called Cool & Calm for 5-7 minutes. Now it’s time to nourish the skin with serums customized to your needs. Finished with a SPF in the daytime or a night cream if the sun is down and your Ormedic lip treatment.
